On the 17th of January 2024, Euston Lodge 2283 was delighted to be able to celebrate W.Bro. James George Baker's, remarkable 60 years of service to Freemasonry.

W.Bro John Clarke, Past Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies on behalf of the Provincial Grand master, presented W.Bro Jim with his certificate commemorating a wonderful Masonic journey.

W.Bro Jim was also able to recount his achievement of driving sheep over Tower Bridge London in 1969 when he was appointed a Freeman of the City of London.

The presentation was carried out after his 60th year due to ill health he was originally initiated on the 25th June 1963.
