WBro Keith was initiated into Caxton Lodge No. 5093, which met at Edgbaston in the Masonic Province of Warwickshire, in 1952. He subsequently became Master in 1965. Caxton Lodge has unfortunately since been erased.

WBro Keith joined Kingsley Lodge No. 2431 in 1991. He became Master in 2001.

WBro Keith received his first Provincial appointment in 1971, when he was made Provincial Grand Steward in the Province of Warwickshire. He was appointed Past Provincial Senior Grand Warden in the Province of Northants & Hunts in 2012.

WBro Keith was exalted into Kingsley Chapter No. 2431 in 1969. He became MEZ in 1990.

WBro Keith received his first Holy Royal Arch Provincial appointment in 1993, when he was made Provincial Grand Steward. He was appointed Past Provincial Grand Scribe N in 2000.

Despite becoming frail and having failing sight over the last few years, WBro Keith was still actively involved in Freemasonry. He continued to attend meetings of both Lodge and Chapter, including rehearsals.

Keith saw active service during World War II as a commissioned officer in the Royal Artillery.

We pay tribute to the outstanding contributions made by WBro Keith to his country and Freemasonry.

Stand easy, soldier. Your service is done.
