Following a very successful period since its inception by WBro Ian Simpson in the Masonic Province of Essex some 18-years ago (in 2001), management of the Teddies for Loving Care (TLC) scheme has now been handed over to the Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF).

This marks an important step forward in the development of the Charity, and a corresponding rebranding programme has resulted in the production of a new logo and teddy bear, both with a very cute heart-shaped nose!

On Thursday the 17th of October 2019, the Assistant Provincial Grand Master, WBro Mark Constant JGD, together with representatives from several other Provinces attended a launch meeting in Leicester where they finally got to meet the new teddy bear.

The new teddies come in the same range of colours but are slightly larger and have a label allowing each child to record their teddy's name.

Stocks of the old-style teddies will be sent out from the suppliers (PMS) until the middle of 2020. The original lapel badges are still available if required.
