2025 Provincial Valentines Masked Ball
We are excited to invite you, your partners, and your friends to the Provincial Valentines Masked Ball – a glamorous evening of elegance and entertainment, to be held on Saturday the 15th of February 2025 at the Mercure Hotel, Northampton NN1 2TA.
This black-tie, ballgown, and masked event, hosted by the Provincial Grand Master, RW Bro Mark Constant, and his lady wife, Dawn Constant, promises to be an unforgettable evening in celebration of this romantic season.
Here are some of the highlights of the night:
- Drinks reception at 6:15 pm followed by a three-course banquet with wine.
- Live music by Neil Arrowsmith and his Band with further entertainment by the Reuben Freeman Disco.
- An exciting Silent Auction and Next Step 3000 Raffle with 30 prizes up for grabs, to the value of £3,000!
- A special prize for the best-masked couple, personally awarded by the Provincial Grand Master.

Tickets are priced at £65 per person.
Alternatively, tables of 10 can be purchased for £585 (a £65 discount).

Accommodation

Parking
The hotel has parking for 180-cars (88-gated overnight). Should these fill up, additional parking can be found at the adjacent Mayorhold car park (What3Words location link).
Booking Instructions
Firstly, if you have a website account, please login. It will save you having to keep entering your details when you checkout. It will also link your orders to your website account.
For Individual Bookings
After adding/editing the details of each diner, take the Individual Booking option, specify any dietary requirements and other relevant information, and click Add to Basket.
Please provide appropriate details for every diner. These are needed to verify each diner's eligibility to attend and to create seating cards.
Once done, click View Basket to confirm your selection and then click Checkout.
Please try and avoid checking-out multiple times. Each additional credit/debit card transaction incurs an extra fee.
For Table Bookings
After entering your details, take the Table of 10 option and then acknowledge that you will be asked to provide the following information for each diner closer to the event:
- Title
- First name
- Surname
- Masonic rank (where relevant)
- Dietary Requirements
- Other relevant information
