On Friday 18 March, at a meeting of Old Kimboltonians Lodge No 7204 WBro Norman Pope presented WBro Peter Carr with his 50-year certificate.
Bro Peter was initiated into Old Kimboltonians' Lodge on 21 October 1960 and became WM in 1974. He joined the Gartree Lodge in Leicestershire in 1963 and was WM in 1975. He was appointed PPrDGDC in 1988.
Peter was exalted into Knighton Chapter in Leicester in 1964, became MEZ in 1980 and received Provincial Chapter honours as PPrGReg in 1989. He is also a Mark Master Mason in St Peter's Lodge in Market Harborough where he was WM in 1979 and currently holds the rank of PPrGJW.
Everyone present joined WBro Pope in congratulating WBro Carr on his achievement..
