Sheaf Close Potential New Masonic Home

As the occupation of Freemasonry in Northampton in St George's Avenue draws to a close the possibility of purchasing an edge of town site at Sheaf Close is being actively considered.  The site is owned by Northamptosnhire County Council and was formerly a centre for children with learning difficulties.  It is presently unoccupied, run down and requires major renovation before it is suitable for use as a Masonic centre.

Below are photographs of the site taken on 24 April 2012 showing the main building and temporary structures that are also on the site and would need clearing.
