On Saturday 1st June 2024, members from our Huntingdon Group combined with the Province of Cambridgeshire at the Cambridgeshire County Show held at Abbots Ripton, Hunts, in taking Freemasonry to the community.

Attracting about eight enquirers throughout the day, as well as a couple of re-joiners and Ladies, proud members fielded questions from passing members of the public and clearly put Freemasonry as part of the fabric of the community, helping to break down prejudices and popular misconceptions simply by being seen to be seen and explaining the good works of the MCF and Provincial Grand Charity.

Of particular interest were the TLC Teddies which a few mothers identified as being handed to their children at hospital in times of unexpected distress. They welcomed the chance to express their heartfelt thanks to the Masonic movement.
