Discover the World of Freemasonry – Information Evening with Medeshamstede Lodge.
Medeshamstede Lodge, with the full support of the Provincial Team, is delighted to invite you to a special Information Evening on Wednesday 22nd October with a meet and greet at 5:45pm at Peterborough Masonic Hall.
This event is designed especially for wives, partners, friends, family members, and potential candidates, offering a unique opportunity to gain an open and honest insight into Freemasonry.
What to Expect
The evening will begin with a chance to share a pre-meeting drink together before our guests are warmly welcomed in the bar by selected hosts – including experienced Masons and Lodge wives – while the Lodge briefly conducts its business.
From there, a series of engaging talks will shine a light on Freemasonry from several perspectives:
• Dale Gilbert, APGM – will explain what Freemasonry is and what it represents.
• Personal Experiences – including talks from three speakers, one of whom will be Grace Tidbury from the OWF, each sharing what Freemasonry means to them and why they chose to join.
The evening will conclude with thanks from the Worshipful Master and an open invitation for guests to explore whether Freemasonry might be a path they’d like to pursue further.

Following the presentations, guests are invited to stay and enjoy a three-course meal in the company of members and friends.
