The 2nd Provincial Grand Principal believed he had set a formidable benchmark earlier in the week, presenting seven Grand Chapter Certificates at Eleanor Cross Chapter.
However, on Friday evening at Piscator Chapter, he was swiftly “Top Trumped” by the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent, who had the pleasure of presenting eight certificates to newly exalted Companions.
Two outstanding evenings for our newest members — and a wonderful reflection of the continued growth and vitality of Royal Arch Masonry across the Province.
We look forward to seeing Chapters embrace this friendly Executive “challenge” and, perhaps, raise the bar even higher in the months ahead.
Piscator Chapter’s Installation Meeting at Sheaf Close was exceptionally well supported, with the Grand Superintendent, the 2nd and 3rd Provincial Grand Principals, together with a strong contingent of Active Provincial Officers, contributing to a notably full Chapter room. With over 50 Companions in attendance, additional seating had to be brought in from the adjoining Lodge room — a most welcome sight.
In responding to his toast, the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent reflected that it may not be long before Chapter meetings are regularly held in the larger room next door to accommodate such enthusiasm.
He concluded by congratulating everyone at Piscator Chapter on a superb Installation Ceremony and an equally vibrant and enjoyable Festive Board.
