The Assistant Provincial Grand Master, WBro Dale Gilbert made a very special visit to WBro Eric Lindsell to present him with his 50 year Jubilee Certificate.
WBro Dale commented:
"This was one of the most pleasant duties I've performed so far as an APGM and possibly in Freemasonry. I presented my proposer, my wife Ruth's uncle, with his 50 year Jubilee Certificate. Eric was initiated into Risdene on February 18th 1976. WBro Dale was accompanied by RWBro Barrie Hall, who had joined Risdene on March 17th 1976 having been initiated in Cheshire in 1972.
Barrie and Eric have now enjoyed more than 50 years of Risdene membership together. Eric, Barrie and I swapped many stories of our time in freemasonry over a pleasant cup of tea."
